Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the Consolidation Officer, Rustampur, Gorakhpur i.e. respondent No.1 to decide the restoration application of petitioner dated 05.07.1989, in case Suit No. 258, U/s - 9-Ka2 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, within some stipulated period of time." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 4.
