Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record on board. 2. This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking following relief: "i- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the Case No. 0022 of 2026 (Computerized Case No. 202654096000000022) (Sulekhchand Vs. Baburam and others) under section 11 of C.H. Act, pending before the respondent No. 2, within stipulated period." 3. It has been submitted that the matter is pending consideration for a substantial period of time; however, no efforts are being made to get the same decided expeditiously. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, in case, a direction is issued for early disposal of the aforementioned matter. 5. In this conspectus, as above, no useful purpose would be serv
