Brief facts of the case are that the order under Section 6-A of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P.C.H. Act") was passed by the Assistant Consolidation Officer on 10.12.2023 for recording the name of petitioner/ Sushila Devi on the basis of sale deed dated 26.4.2012. Respondent no.4 filed an appeal on 25.9.2024 under Section 11 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act along with prayer for condonation of delay.
