This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking following relief: "i. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of the mandamus commanding/directing the respondent No.4/Consolidation Officer, Badlapur, District Jaunpur to decide the application dated 23.07.2025, which is pending before him, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It has been submitted that in provisional consolidation scheme, the petitioners No. 1 and 2 have been proposed chak No. 169 consisting of plot No. 376/12 min. Smt. Kishuni Devi (petitioner No. 1) has moved an application dated 23.07.2025 for demarcation and possession of her plot No. 376/12, under Section 28 of UP Consolidation of Holdings Act.
