Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "1. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and respondent no.2/Consolidation Officer, Sathiyaon, directing the District- Azamgarh to decide the Case No.0562 of 2023, Computerized Case No. 20235415657010562 (Kalpnath and Others Versus State) U/s 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, pending before him, within specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 4.
