The petitioners have assailed the Reference Order dated 27.02.2025 whereby reference initiated and forwarded by the Consolidator/Assistant Consolidation Officer/Consolidation Officer and the Settlement Officer of Consolidation has been approved by the Deputy Director of Consolidation. 3. Solitary submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners is that the wheat crops shown by the present petitioners over plot no.710 min and 709 min are likely to be destroyed owning to delivery of possession, in pursuance of the Reference Order dated 27.02.2025. 4. Needless to say that while delivery of the possession, the provisions enunciated under Section 28 of the U.P.C.H.
