Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record on board. 2. This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent no. 2/Deputy Director of Consolidation, District Azamgarh to expedite the Case No. RST/1699/2025 (Computerized Case No. 20255415600001699) (Kuber Vs. State), under Section 48 of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, expeditiously within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;" 3. It has been submitted that the matter is pending consideration for a substantial period of time; however, no efforts are being made to get the same decided expeditiously. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, in case, a direction is issued for expeditious disposal of the aforementioned matter.
