Gram Panchayat Mahuwar and Others filed u/s 9A(2) of C.H.Act within stipulated time fix by this Hon'ble court. And/or to pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 4. In this conspectus as above, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this matter pending.
