Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "1. To issue, a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the Respondent No. 4 to ensure the Complete Implementation of the Judgment and Order dated 25/01/2025 (Annexure No.1) passed in Appeal No. 201154054400000244 (Raj Narayan And Others Vs. Brij Narayan And Others) Rule 109 of U.P.C.H. Act, 1953 (Amar Singh vs. Brijnarayan Singh Case No. 202554054465011030 expeditiously, within a short Period so stipulated COMMISSION by this Hon'ble Court. So that Justice may be done with the Petitioner.
