It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had purchased the Gata No. 1005, situated at Village Lodhi, Tehsil Sandila, District Hardoi. It has further been stated the during the consolidation proceedings, there was some dispute with regard to the allotment of chaks and also with regard to the location of the chak, which was allotted in favour of the petitioner and the private respondents.
