The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "1. to issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 18.2.2026 passed by the respondent no.2 in Case No. Rev/4000/2024 Computer Case No.AL20241256004000 Surendra Pal and others Vs. Ram Bahadur and ot
