Court No. - 55 HON'BLE CHANDRA KUMAR RAI, J. 1.Heard Mr. Dharm Vir Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Mridul Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and Mr. Arun Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha. 2.The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(I). issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2-the Board of Revenue U.P. at Allahabad to decide the Second appeal no. 939 of 2023 Praveen and another versus Narendra and others pending before the respondent but to the board of revenue U.P. at Allahabad within such time as may be fixed by the hon'ble High Court" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned second appeal no.939 of 2023 filed by private respondent nos.3 & 4 impleading the petitioner as opposite party is pending before Board of Revenue since 28.2.2023. He submitted that second appea
