Finance Corporation Agra Vs. M/s. Tankman Garlic (P) Ltd., Mainpuri) under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 filed by respondent no.9-U.P.Financial Corporation, Agra impleading the petitioner as opposite party is pending before Board of Revenue, U.P. Lucknow
