At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to correct the annexure as mentioned in the prayer clause of the writ petition during course of the day. 2. Permission is granted. 3. Let necessary amendment be carried out in the prayer clause of the petition during course of the day. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "A- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Consolidation Officer Kasya, to decide the recall application of of the petitioners (contained as Annexure no.5) pending before him, expeditiously preferably within stipulated period as may be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court. B- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.4 not to create hindrance at the spot and peaceful posse
