This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved of the order passed by the Tribunal dated 07.04.2025, whereby the execution application filed by the petitioners, was disposed of in full satisfaction. 2. Submissions have been made that though the Tribunal had directed payment of salary from the date of the wrongful termination, no amount was paid. 3. When the writ petition came up before this Court, by order dated 23.05.2025, the respondents were directed to obtain the instructions on the aspect noticed by the Court and it was directed that in case pursuant to the directions of the Tribunal no salary has been paid to the petitioners, it would be required of the respondents to do the needful before the next date. 4.
