This writ petition has been filed inter-alia for the following reliefs:- "I- Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 12.08.2025 which has been send by the petitioner no.1 to 6 within stipulated time period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. II- Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, under the facts and circumstances of the case. III- Award cost of the petition to the applicant." At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel submits that the present petition has been filed with the only prayer to decide the representation, which is not maintainable. In support of his contention, he relied upon the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of A.P.S.R.T.C.
