Heard Mr. Ajitanshu Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15.12.2019 whereby recovery for overstay in government accommodation has been imposed upon petitioner. Also under challenge is the Order dated 01.06.2020 rejecting petitioner's representation. A prayer has also been made for re-calculation of recovery of amount in accordance with Government Orders 02.06.1992, 22.02.2003 and 01.12.2014 and subsidiary Rules made under Rule 45-A of Financial Handbook of Volume - II, Parts 2 - 4 and to limit the recoverable amount at Rs.5,85,650/- as indicated in paragraph - 8 of writ petition. Petitioner has also made a prayer for refund/adjustment of excess amount recovered from petitioner and also to release House Rent Allowance (HRA) amounting to Rs.1,91,620/- from 05.11.2013
