Order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the respondent no.1 namely Chief Secretary, U.P. at Lucknow is under challenge. 3. Petitioners are working as Auditors, District Social Audit, Coordinator and Block Development Coordinator. It is argued that the resolution has been passed by the Executive Committee on 24.03.2025 as Agenda No.23 for enhancement of 20% honorarium from 27.11.2019. 4. Shri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned Senior Counsel relied upon the following portion of the judgment, copy of which is appended as Annexure-129 to the writ petition.
