The case of the writ petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant in Research Section of Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Regional Office, Prayagraj, on 14.02.2019. As per the writ petitioner, she had taken the maternity leave for the period from 02.04.2024 to 27.06.2024 and thereafter the writ petitioner applied for second maternity leave for the period from 16.03.2026 to 11.09.2026.
