This petition is directed against the order dated 12.12.2025 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad whereby the Original Application ('OA') filed by the respondent has been allowed and order impugned dated 12.03.2020 has been quashed, all the withdrawals of promotions and re-fixation of pay were set aside and the petitioners have been directed to refund the recovered amount with admissible interest, to release all the withheld retiral dues within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. 2.
