The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable on 01.11.1985 and superannuated on 01.07.2020, however, the writ petitioner is not being paid pensionary benefits to the tune of Rs. 53,500/- instead of he is being paid Rs. 50,500/-, the writ petitioner is not being accorded increments. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by District third respondent, Finance Controller, U.P. Police, Headquarters, Lucknow. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the third respondent, Finance C
