Pal, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that this Court may not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present writ petition with respect to writ petitioners no. 3, 5, 6 and 8 on the ground that the selection of the writ petitioners no. 3, 5, 6 and 8 have been conducted in West Bengal, New Delhi and Bhopal. 3. Confronted with the said situation, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition insofar as the writ petitioners no. 3, 5, 6 and 8 are concerned with the liberty to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction. 4.
