The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Peon on adhoc basis in the office of Regional Transport Officer, Varanasi on 03.03.1992. The writ petitioner has been accorded two ACPs and the writ petitioner promoted on the post of Senior Assistant and superannuated on 31.07.2025, however, the writ petitioner has not been paid pension. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner relies upon a judgment in Writ-A No. 1115 of 2025, decided on 06.02.2026. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, Additional Transport Commissioner (Administration),
