The grievance of the writ petitioners is that though the juniors to the writ petitioners and similarly situated incumbents had been transferred from P.A.C. to Armed Police, but the claim of the writ petitioners has not been considered. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioners is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.3, Inspector General of Police, PAC Headquarter, U.P. Lucknow. 4.
