The writ petitioners claim to be working as Block Program Manager, Block Community Process Manager, B.A.M. and Data Operator, pursuant to a scheme known as 'Pradhan Mantri Matra Vandan Yojna', however, they have not been paid incentive. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioners needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, The Director, Mahila Kalyan Tatha Bal Vikas Evam Pushtahar Department, U.P.
