The case of the writ petitioner is that her husband late, namely, Dr. Ved Prakash Goel, who retired as Director Medical Health, U.P. on 31.07.1997, expired on 24.11.2025. However, there are certain medical reimbursement which have not been paid till date. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, Joint Director (Medical Treatment) Medical and Health Services U.P.
