Heard Sri Uma Shankar Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Prem Shanker Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Prem Shanker Prasad regarding the maintainability of the present petition on the premise that this Court has no territorial jurisdiction over the matter, particularly when the selection of the sixth respondent had been conducted in Maharashtra and the sixth respondent is presently working in CRPF in Odisha. Reliance has been placed upon the Full Bench judgment in Rajendra Kumar Mishra vs. Union of India, (2004) 1 UPLBEC 108. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not dispute the said preposition.
