The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Medical Officer in the year 2010 and he is working in Community Health Centre (CHC) Aliganj, district Etah. As per the writ petitioner, one Dr. Shiv Kumar, who was working in Community Health Centre (CHC), Aligarh is junior to the writ petitioner and he is holding the charge of Medical Superintendent of Community Health Centre, Etah. The writ petitioner in this regard preferred a representation and thereafter, on 13.02.2026, a communication came to be issued by Addl.
