The case of the writ petitioner is that the petitioner is a legally wedded wife of late Ram Prakash who was a permanent employee of Jeep Driver in Department of Bal Vikas Evam Pushtahar, District Kanpur Nagar who was initially appointed on ad hoc basis on 28.08.1987, his services stood regularized on 19.04.2004 thereafter he passed away on November 2, 2023. The writ petitioner claims payment of pension while taking into account his services undergone from 28.08.1987 to 18.04.2004 as qualifying service. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Director, Bal Vikas Evam Pushtahar, U.P., Lucknow. 4.
