Heard Sri Udit Chandra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petitioner claims to be the son of late Ram Prakash who was serving as a class IV employee (Jeep Driver) who was appointed on ad hoc basis on 28.08.1987, his services came to be regularized on 19.04.2004 and he died-in-harness on 02.11.2023. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for direction for according compassionate appointment. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Director, Bal Vikas Evam Pushtahar, U.P., Lucknow. 5.
