Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Amin in the year 2007 and thereafter promoted on 15.09.2023 on the post of Revenue Inspector. The writ petitioner at present is posted in Agra. He seeks transfer to District Gautam Buddh Nagar or at any nearby district such as Ghaziabad or Hapur, as per the Government Order dated 05.01.1976. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner for transfer needs adjudication in light of the transfer policy, which would be enforced for the ensuing transfer sessions. 4. To such a submission, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and he gracefully accepts the same. 5. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing t
