Heard Sri Neeraj Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Awadhesh Kumar Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petitioner claims to be setting aside, however, according to him, he has not been paid the arrears from October, 2023 to October, 2024 along with interest of 9%. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by fourth respondent, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Chandauli, U.P. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the fourth respondent, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Chandauli, U.P. by 27.03.2026. Thereafter, the fourth respondent shall decide the claim of t
