The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Gram Vikas Adhikari on 26.07.1999 and while he was performing the duties, allegation was levelled upon the writ petitioner that he did not furnish the documents which were sought for and show cause notice came to be issued on 05.06.2025 under the signatures of District Panchayat Raj Officer, Pilibhit show causing the writ petitioner for the acts and the omissions referable to the period from 2018-19 in exercise of the powers under Sections 256(1), 257(2), 259(1) and 259(2) of the U.P.
