The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the marriage of the writ petitioner stood solemnized with Late Afroj Bahadur on 24.04.2002 as per the Muslim rights and rituals and he expired on 04.08.2025, however, the writ petitioner is not being paid family pension. 3. Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel submits that the writ petitioner happens to be a second wife. 4.
