Heard Sri Brijesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Vivek Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Peon in Nazarat of Collectorate, Deoria on 13.06.2006 and he being fully eligible and qualified appeared before the Selection Committee for promotion on the Group-'C' post, but though the examination was conducted on 10.11.2025, but the writ petitioner being eligible and qualified was not considered for promotion. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition
