A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the respondents that this Court may not have the territorial jurisdiction over the matter, particularly when the order impugned has been passed by the authority at Amethi. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner does not dispute the said factual position, however, he seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh before the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter. 5.
