The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner came to be appointed on 11.01.1988 as ANM/BHW and also promoted as Head Supervisor (Women) and superannuated on 29.02.2024 but the writ petitioner has not been paid GPF in that regard. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by second respondent, Director General, Health and Family Welfare, Government of U.P., Lucknow. 4.
