Court No. - 33 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Sandeep Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ravi Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Havaldar/ GD in 132 Battalion of CRPF and retired voluntarily from service on 01.09.2000. According to the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner was required to submit the Bank details for the payment of ACP. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to accord benefits of ACP. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Group Centre, CRPF, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar. 5.
