Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the respondent no. 3 to expeditiously decide the representation dated 27.06.2024 and 16.03.2013; (ii) Issue a writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; (iii) Award the cost of the writ petition to the petitioner, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2.
