The case of the writ petitioner is that he was selected on the post of Head Constable in the office of the Railway Protection Force, Varanasi on 31.12.1997 and he assumed charge on 02.09.1998. The writ petitioner was declared medically disabled on 27.09.2024 and kept in medical category BEE-ONE from BEE-TWO. A medical fitness certificate came to be issued on 28.09.2024 and thereafter an order came to be passed on 24.09.2025 in that regard. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to comply with the order dated 24.09.2025 for de-categorization from the post of Head Constable RPF to any suitable post. 4.
