Court No. - 33 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri O.P. Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents that this Court may not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition particularly when the recruitment agencies is at Jabalpur and merely because the writ petitioner is resident of Gorakhpur does not clothe this Court in territorial jurisdiction. 3. The said fact could not be disputed by learned counsel for the writ petitioner. 4. Accordingly, in view of the law laid down by this Court in Rajendra Kumar Mishra Vs. Union of India (2005) 1 UPLBEC 108. Interference is declined, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open to the writ petitioner to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter. 5.
