The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is presently posted as X-ray Technician in Community Health Centre Sohratgargh to Community Health Centre Khesraha/Jogiya District Siddhartha Nagar on the ground that the wife of the writ petitioner is already working there. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the writ petitioner for transfer. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 5.
