Sri Ram Krishna Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, as per the instructions received from his clients has made a submission at bar that he does not wish to press the writ petition in so far as relief (a) to prayer is concerned, wherein, challenge has been raised to the order dated 28.11.2011 removing the father of the petitioner from service as well as the order dated 4.8.2023. He confines his relief for consideration of his claim to provide family pension, final payment of DCRG, GPF/GIS, leave encashment risk fund and other benefits.
