This petition is directed against panel list of selected candidates dated 29.09.2025 and order dated 12.11.2025 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad. 2. The petitioners had approached the Tribunal with a grievance that without making and publishing inter se seniority of different streams and without declaring the result of written examination, processes for further stages of selection i.e. date of medical examination as well as viva-voce were announced by the respondents. 3. The Tribunal by its order dated 10.09.2025 directed that the petitioners should be allowed to take part in the medical examination as well as in viva-voce. 4.
