Case of the petitioner is that petitioner is presently working as Tehsildar in Tehsil Tundla, District Firozabad, however, owing to certain irregularities in non submission of report pursuant to lodging of the complaint under the IGRS portal, notices/orders came to be passed on several dates show causing the petitioner to submit the reply within the stipulated period and consequently, monthly salary of the petitioner was stopped. 3.
