Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (i) issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners i.e. for including their names in the Final Seniority list, duly issued in the year 2022, in respect of Seasonal Collection Peons in District Sonbhadra and also for getting appointed/regularized as Regular Collection Peon with retrospective effect when their juniors were regularized upon the existing vacant post, under 50% quota, as contained under the specific provisions of the U.P. Collection Peon's Service Rules, 2004 as duly amended time to time as well as in accordance with relevant government orders and directive letters, issued by the respondents themselves by providing age relaxation to the petitioners as per relevant government orders
