The case of the writ petitioner is that the mother of the writ petitioner Smt. Rameshwari Devi, who was working on the post of (L.H.V.) in Community Health Centre, Barkheda, Pilibhit, died on 01.08.2011. The writ petitioner preferred two succession Cases Nos. 72 of 2012 and 80 of 2012 before the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Pilibhit and by virtue of the order dated 20.03.2020, according to the writ petitioner, succession cases stood decided and the writ petitioner claims himself to be a legal heir and entitled for the terminal benefits. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent no.6, Chief Medical Officer, Pilibhit to accord consideration for payment of Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Insurance, GPF etc. 4.
