Heard Sri Shailendra Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was engaged as Computer Assistant/Operator on contract basis and he joined the post on 16.02.2006. Though the writ petitioner claims to have been worked on the post in question, however he has not been paid honorarium from September 2022. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to pay the honorarium to the writ petitioner from September 2022. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 5.
