The present petition has been preferred for sanctioning of the family pension of the writ petitioner post retirement of his father from the post of Sub-Inspector/GD on 30.06.2018. 3. Instructions have been produced by the counsel for the respondents dated 06.03.2026 for DIGP, GC, CRPF, Prayagraj, according to which, on the receipt of the complete documents from the petitioner, the dependent's family pension proposal along with required connected documents have been sent to PAO CRPF, New Delhi vide GC Jalandhar, Punjab vide letter dated 29.12.2026 and PAO, CRPF New Delhi vide its letter dated Feb, 2026 has requested to the Senior Account Officer, CPAO, New Delhi for disbursement portion of PPO alongwith Last Pay certificate and no dues certificate
