The writ petitioner no. 1's name found place at serial no 4 in OBC category and writ petitioner no. 2 in general category at serial no. 11. The writ petitioner no. 1 was accorded appointment on 30.06.1987 on the post of A.W.B.N. and writ petitioner no. 2 on 01.07.1987 on the said post.
